I can write about a real vacation memory using a clear beginning, middle, and end, with describing words and time order words like first, next, then, finally.
Materials
Pencil ✏️ and eraser
Ruled paper or tablet
Tracing Pad (below)
Tip: Think of one moment that felt special (a view, a ride, a taste). Stick to that one small story.
Mini-lesson — Tell a true story in order
Plan your moment: Who was there? Where were you? What happened?
Use time words:First we arrived… Next we explored… Then… Finally…
Add feelings & senses: What did you see, hear, smell, or taste? How did you feel?
Stay on one event: Don’t jump to a different day or place.
Wrap it up: End with a feeling or thought about why this memory matters.
Video won’t be included when printing.
